Sales and delivery

Prices:
All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) per unit ex VAT.

Invoicing:
Minimum invoice amount DKK 500.00.
Self-constructed specialty goods min. DKK 1,500.00.

Time of delivery:
Ex warehouse – subject to the goods being unsold.
Specialty goods – confirmed by receipt of the order.

Delivery / dispatch:
EXW Rose Holm A/S - Lynge.
Dispatch at the expense and risk of the consignee.

Complaints / returning of goods:
Specialty goods are not returnable.
A 20 % deduction on returned products must be expected.
Goods without stamps are not returnable.
Goods are not returnable without prior arrangements.
Complaints must take place no later than 8 days after receipt.

Quantity:
Special order goods are always sold by the box.
For custom-made goods a difference of ± 10 % of the ordered quantity is permissible.

Material certificates:
Can be requested when the order is placed – DKK 200.00 pr. dimension.

RH processing certificates (PED/AD2000/Ü):
Can be requested when the order is placed – DKK 1,200.00 pr. dimension.

Printing errors and price changes excepted.
